Bug hunting with the parks team
There are opportunities for many different kinds of educational visits to Beacon Park.
We have developed a range of self-led group/class activities, which include pond dipping, bug hunting, bark rubbing and more.
There is an online pack of resources for each session, including activity instructions, work sheets and risk assessments, for teachers and group leaders to print off and use.
We also offer parks team-led group sessions in a range of interesting subjects for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils at Beacon Park.
