Last few remaining places on workshops to create a beautiful Christmas wreath.
Beacon Park is hosting two days of Christmas wreath making workshops on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 December, running each day from 10am to 12noon and 2pm to 4pm.
Taking place in the park’s Discovery Hub, participants will use a variety of locally sourced greenery to make a wreath. There will also be plenty of festive embellishments on hand, including pine cones, cinnamon sticks, slices of dried orange, ribbons and baubles.
Paul Niven, Community Gardener for Lichfield District Council, said:
“Our Christmas wreath workshops are booking up quickly, so we’re urging anyone who is keen to take part to reserve a place before we sell out.
“We always have a lot of fun at the workshops and have created some really lovely wreaths to decorate local homes with at Christmas. We’ll be serving mince pies and hot drinks to make the sessions feel even more festive.”
Places cost £20 each and need to be booked and paid for in advance by calling Beacon Park on 01543 308867.
