This half term, we’re offering two for the price of one on Swinfen Broun brass rubbing trails, which leads explorers round Beacon Park and over to Minster Pool to find eight brass plaques.
The trail is displayed in a booklet format that has eight sections to take brass rubbings with a free crayon. With questions and challenges to complete, going on a brass rubbing trail is a fun way for children to find out about the history of the parks.
During the offer, which is running from Tuesday 28 to Friday 31 May 2019, two brass rubbing trails will cost 50p, which are available from Beacon Park’s Ranger Station.
