Local businesses invited to sponsor Beacon Park’s eighteenth Lichfield Proms.
Lichfield Proms in Beacon Park is a free event for the whole family, and Lichfield District Council is urging local businesses to come forward to help raise the money needed to stage the end-of-summer concert.
This year’s Lichfield Proms is on Saturday 3 September, when thousands of locals will gather in Beacon Park for a spectacular evening of entertainment.
Set to feature The British Police Symphony Orchestra and the City of Lichfield Concert Band, along with classically trained singers and a fireworks finale, it is the event to end the summer in style.
Sponsoring proms gives companies an unrivalled opportunity to promote their businesses to thousands of local people and visitors.
Sponsors can benefit from their logos appearing on posters, leaflets, the glossy programme, stories in the press, and a listing on Lichfield Proms’ website.
Lichfield Proms sponsors also get VIP seating and parking at the event. Sponsorship packages range from £50 to £2,000.
Councillor Andy Smith, Lichfield District Council’s Cabinet Member for Leisure & Parks, said: “We could not stage Lichfield Proms without the generous support of local companies and organisations, and we’re hoping plenty will come forward to help us with our 2016 event. Sponsoring Lichfield Proms is an excellent way to give something back to the local community. It’s such a wonderful evening that’s enjoyed by thousands, and helping to make it happen does make it even more special.”
