Access at entrance
There are a number of pedestrian entrances to Minster Pool that are wide enough to allow wheelchairs or mobility scooters to pass though. These are on Dam Street, Bird Street and from Bird Street car park. The entrances from Dam Street and Bird Street are slightly sloped.
Minster Pool Walk has one main path that runs alongside Minster Pool. The pathway is level and wide enough to allow wheelchair or mobility scooter users to pass each other with ease, except at one point where the path narrows for a short distance. There are no steps along Minster Pool Walk.
Seating is available at regular intervals.
There are designated disabled car parking spaces in Lichfield District Council’s pay and display car parks. The nearest car park on Bird Street.
The nearest accessible toilet is to the side of Bird Street car park, which is opened with a radar key.
